Ian Xel Lungold presents his and Swedish biochemist Carl Johan Calleman’s (calleman.com) findings about the Mayan Calendar. September 6, 2003. Okanagan University College, Vernon, Canada. All 3 presentations are available to stream: – Part 1 – video.google.ca – Part 2 – video.google.ca – Part 3 – video.google.ca For 525 years, adventurers and archeologists have studied the Mayan civilization for clues about their calendar system. Due to the translation of Mayan writing, discoveries of calendar inscriptions at Mayan ruins and the availability of scientific facts about Earth history, we now have the answer to the Mayan calendar mystery. Ian Xel Lungold presents scientific evidence that demonstrates that the Maya centered their civilization around the actual schedule of the evolution of consciousness and the unfolding of creation, galaxies, life and history, in a system of repeating, ever accelerating cycles. Now we have the pattern of all creation and it’s called the Mayan Calendar. www.mayanmajix.com

I would recommend watching my Terence McKenna videos posted. There are many different ways of getting into the zone, but meditation is one of the most practical things one can do to silence the mind from its obsessive thinking. Opening up to profound psychedelic experiences will also diminish the restrictive influence of the mind.

It’s a very good and important question. You can watch the full presentations by going to the top right corner beside the video and selecting “more info”. In part 2 Ian discusses using intuition to navigate through these turbulent times, as opposed to the overwhelmed ego. He doesn’t offer many practical solutions to expanding consciousness, however. But yes, meditation, psychedelic drug-use in a respectful shamanic way, understanding the process and allowing change without despair.
